Why this site exists
A feed is a bad place to keep anything. This is the place that stays.
I am from Sweden, I live in Dubai, and I work in property: I sell it, advise on it and market it. I studied Economics, and I have worked in sales and coaching ever since. I am also into AI, business and history, and I talk about all of it on camera. A feed is a bad place to keep any of that. Posts sink, links expire, and nobody can find the useful one from three weeks ago.
So this is the place that stays.
What goes here
- Short videos. One to three a day on Instagram and TikTok, collected on the home page so they live somewhere that is not a feed.
- Photos and links. Pictures from the day, and content worth opening.
- Posts like this one. For when sixty seconds is not enough.
- A library of AI skills and guides. Written down so you can copy them and get on with your day.
- Real estate. Dubai areas and projects, written up properly.
- Fun facts about history and business. Because the true stories are better than the invented ones.
- The day-to-day. Ordinary life, in moderation.
Languages
Everything here is in English. That is on purpose: I would rather do one language well than three badly.
What this is not
It is not finished. Version one has empty shelves, and it says so where they are empty. They fill up as I do the work, not before.
